What should I send for a quotation?

Send the product family, drawing or sample photo, outer diameter, width, bore, quantity and application. If some details are unknown, tell us what you have.

Which coating material should I choose?

Start with the contact surface, load, speed and environment. Share any material preference or performance requirement so the team can review it with you.

How do rubber and plastic coated bearings differ?

Rubber coated bearings use soft elastomers such as PU, NR, EPDM, VMQ, CR and FKM. Plastic coated bearings use rigid plastics such as POM, PA, PA+GF, PE, PP and PTFE. Confirm the grade, hardness and operating conditions for the actual part.

Are bearing-core dimensions the finished dimensions?

No. The core table describes the bearing itself. Finished outside diameter and width also depend on the outer material and profile. Provide the core reference and finished dimensions separately.

How can I share drawings or sample photos?

Prepare and review the inquiry, then add attachments in the WhatsApp or email app and send. Include the drawing revision, measurement units and details needing confirmation.

Does a catalogue model guarantee a fixed material or specification?

The finder provides model codes and page references from the original catalogue to help locate photos and discuss a part. Outer material, bearing core, finished dimensions and availability still need individual confirmation.
